Bloomsday is a great community event. Thousands of people turn out just to watch all the crazy people run. The course winds through neighborhoods and many people watching play music, beat drums and spray garden hoses to keep us cool. Everyone is very encouraging and there are even rock bands that line the course playing music along the way. It is not all fun and games. The winner takes a large cash prize and typically finishes in about 34 minutes. Those Kenyans can run. Come and join us next year, May 6th :)

Hi Guys. This picture MUST have been taken BEFORE the run, right? You two looks so happy and fresh, or are you in such great shape that running 7 miles just a walk in the park? :)

Running with you next year is tempting. Perhaps I'll start training when we move to Forbes Creek.

Love,

Dad/Bill
